Wow, fantastic. The view changes from big and wide, to cliffs and boulders right in front of you in narrow canyon. Ice may be in the lakes and snowpatches in shadowed terrain - even in July.

This is one of those routes which is made for the Adventure-crowd. If you have a GS or similar bike, you need to do it! No gravel, but tons and tons of bends.
At one point the road passes over a Dam. Steep hills. Spectacular views.
