A fast run down the A5 from Weedon, through Towcester to Heathencoate. Left towards Stoke Bruerne - Good stop off for the canal museum, pubs etc. Onwards towards Ashton and on through Salcy Forrest . Heading up past Denton and through Cadtle Ashby towards Grendon .....Finishing at the home of Dr Martens shoes for some retail therapy in the factory shop. A mixture of main roads and country lanes ....great scenery with plenty of pubs, cafes and stop off points including Jacks Hill cafe.
