A nice route that takes you down the Newtownards Peninsula to the ferry (http://www.downdc.gov.uk/Leisure---Culture/Tourism/Strangford-Portaferry-Ferry-Sailing-Times.aspx)then carry on down to Newcastle. Stop for a wee coffee or tea and then back up to Lisburn. When you get to the roundabout before the A1 you turn left down toward the park and ride where there is a fantastic pair of roundabouts for you to get yer knee down on a few laps, just watch out for doating drivers at this point. Once youve had your fill of the round abouts then off to KFC in Lisburn for a wee snack. Hope you enjoy my route.
