The above reviewer is commenting on a part of 72 South East of Parsons that isn't highlighted on this map. For the part that's highlighted on the map the road is open, wide, usually clean and clear. Do beware of the 72 South off of 219 outside of town, though. That's when his comment becomes correct. (See my video attached.)
Very narrow and twisty in places so easy to have an off if you push it too hard. Mostly narrow throughout with no trucks allowed in certain sections (just to give you an idea) but lots of corners to keep you amused.
